| June 25 | Texans FC U16 and U18 advance at RegionalsThe Texans FC 89/90 Red and Texans 91/92 Red advanced out of their respective brackets at the US National Cup Regional Tournament earlier this week. The U18s lost Andromeda (NTX) the eventual Regional Champ, 2-1, beat a Premier League team from South Carolina (3-0) and the Arkansas state champs (7-0) before losing in the Quarter Finals to Georgia (3-4). The U16s, representing the West Premier League, beat the state champs from Mississippi (2-0), Florida (4-2) and Arkansas (5-0), before beating the Premier League Central (MS) 2-1 in OT, finally losing in the Semi-Finals to the Lonestars (1-4). Congrats to the teams! |

Dallas Texans Accepted into the USSF AcademyThe Dallas Texans have been accepted into the USSF Academy, a new national league of U-16 and U-18 boys teams. This gives the players of the entire Dallas Texans organization the opportunity to participate as roster or developmental players, within the USSF Academy rules. Only players that are members of the Dallas Texans organization will have this opportunity to join the Dallas Texans USSF Academy teams.

| May 26 | U18 Red Win State ChampionshipTexans FC 89/90 Red won the USYS National Cup South Texas State Cup for the 4th time in 5 years at the state finals held this weekend at Lindsay Lyons fields. Saturday, they came from a 2 goal deficit to tie the Dynamo South Texas team 2-2; they beat Classics Elite 2-1 on Sunday; and they beat TSC 1-0 for the Championship. As State Champions, they will represent South Texas at the Southern Regionals, in June in Raleigh NC. Way to go Boys!! | May26 | U16 Black Win President's Cup - Head to RegionalsTexans FC 91/92 Black won the USYS South Texas President’s State Cup over the Memorial Day weekend, and will represent South Texas at the Region III President’s Cup Competition in Columbus, GA in June. During their President’s Cup run, the Black achieved a 7-1 record, a 25-1 goal differential advantage, and a clean sheet for 715 consecutive game minutes. Great job, Black! |

| May 26 | New U11 Legend wins Memorial Day CupThe Texans FC new U11 97/98 Legend team won the Albion Hurricanes Memorial Day Cup with a record of 4-0-1, scoring 15 goals and conceding 2 They beat the Eclipse Black team in the final 3-1. Congrats! and welcome to Texans FC! |

U15 Mowery headed to MLS Youth Cup with U17 DynamoConner Mowery has trained and played with the U15 Dynamo Academy team for 8 months and already has a trip to Mexico with the team under his belt.
