Mission

The mission of Texans FC is to create a soccer environment that enables athletes to become total soccer players. The technical and tactical aspects of soccer is taught in an enthusiastic and challenging atmosphere, while enhancing the physical and mental capabilities of the player.

The spirit of the game will be instilled in each player, and the finished product will be a passionate player with strong character who will be capable of competing at some of the highest levels of play.

History

Formed in the spring of 2006 with 3 original teams, the club has expanded rapidly and fielded 19 teams in the season beginning Fall 2006 and 23 teams for Fall 2007. Teams play in various leagues based on their abilities, from TYSA - Division 2, Super 2, EDDOA (Division I), Premier League (a regional league that plays games locally and against North Texas and Oklahoma), and new in 2007/08, the National League against top teams in the country.
